FTA therefore aims to contribute to youth development and human capital development by creating opportunities for young people to learn, experiment, work and take responsibility.

Depending on projects and periods, FTA offers:

- thematic workshops and practical training;
- exchanges and immersion in field projects;
- opportunities to contribute to research, surveys and technical innovation.
Frequent areas of involvement include communication and multimedia, digitalization, agricultural research and extension, field surveys, and technical innovation.
