Gouvernance, Organisation & Gestion
Development is not only about having resources. It also depends on the ability of individuals and organizations to plan, coordinate, make decisions, manage resources, measure results, learn and act consistently over time.
For Madagascar, strengthening organizational and management capacity is therefore both an economic and social priority. Low productivity, limited access to finance, skills gaps and weak organizational systems can prevent individuals, businesses and development initiatives from reaching their full potential.
FTA seeks to strengthen organizations and teams through practical approaches to planning, management, information systems, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, teamwork, leadership, documentation, learning and continuous improvement.
The objective is to help organizations become more structured, efficient, predictable, accountable and capable of learning from their own experience.
FTA recognizes that organizational transformation is difficult and cannot be achieved through management tools alone. It requires changes in practices, leadership, culture, incentives and collaboration.
The challenge is therefore to develop management approaches that are both rigorous and adapted to Madagascar’s realities. FTA intends to address this challenge through practical experimentation, capacity building and continuous improvement with the organizations and people concerned.
